Foot Bridge

A replacement footbridge is to replace a severely damaged Victorian Cast Iron bridge that connects an offshore bathing pool to the mainland. The new structure is constructed of reinforced concrete with nine equal spans of eight metres with slim profile precast concrete beams. The refurbishment of the bathing pool and facilities were also part of the same contract.

Les Masuriers Car Park & Retail Store

The site was originally occupied by St Helier Gas Works. The site was reclaimed to be privately developed for a five storey 650-space car park and retail unit in the town centre.  The steel framed structure is founded on piles. All floors comprise of precast concrete floor units with a concrete structural topping. The building cladding is precast concrete. The parking area is on three levels over the two storey retail space. The ground floor being let to a major UK supermarket chain.
